"Construction of a production hall and storage space"
ANEPAL AMBALAJE SRL, as the beneficiary of Financing Contract No. 319/08.07.2025 signed by all parties on 10.07.2025, SMIS Code 328476, having its main registered office in Poienarii de Argeș, no. 129B, Argeș county, email office@anepal.ro, and the project implementation location in Mihăești village, Cadastral no. 81596, Mihăești locality, Argeș county, phone: 0756151169, fax -, email: office@anepal.ro, fiscal registration code 18713082, legally represented by Mr. Vasile Dan Gheorghe, administrator, is carrying out starting July 2025 the project entitled “Construction of a production hall and storage space” funded through the South Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027, Priority: P1 - A competitive region through innovation, digitalization and dynamic enterprises, Specific objective: RSO 1.3 - Intensifying sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs within SMEs, including through productive investments (ERDF), Call for projects: PRSM/267/PRSM_P1/OP1/RSO1.3/PRSM_A44, concluded with AM_PRSM_Agency for Regional Development South Muntenia (ADR South Muntenia) as the Managing Authority for the South Muntenia Regional Program.
The total value of the Contract is 6,015,214.64 euros (29,885,390.90 lei) calculated at the euro exchange rate of 4.9683 lei from March 1, 2024, the call launch date, of which the eligible value is 4,869,134.39 euros (24,191,320.40 lei), from which the non-refundable financing is 2,434,567.19 euros (12,095,660.20 lei), equivalent to 50% (of which 365,185.07 euros (1,814,349.03 lei) from the national budget and 2,069,382.11 euros (10,281,311.17 lei) from ERDF - European Regional Development Fund).
Project start date is 10.07.2025 and completion date will be no later than 09.07.2027, according to the Financing Contract.
The general objective of the project “Construction of a production hall and storage space.” is to expand the production capacity and increase the competitiveness of S.C. ANEPAL AMBALAJE SRL by building a production hall and storage space, equipping them, and introducing new modern technologies in the company’s work processes by acquiring specialized technological equipment and machinery. The project objectives are closely linked to the specific objective of Call “1.3 - Intensifying sustainable growth and increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and creating jobs within SMEs, including through productive investments”. The equipment is more energy efficient and respects the principle of “not causing significant harm to environmental objectives,” machinery and equipment that will support the company’s development and increase its capacity to provide services in the field of sorted recyclable material recovery. The construction of the hall and storage space, as well as the company's asset supplementation with high-performance state-of-the-art and highly precise machinery and equipment that do not cause significant harm to environmental objectives, will lead to increased capacity and activity efficiency and create an important competitive advantage compared to competitors both from the region and other regions. In this way, the company contributes to creating the socio-economic stability necessary for balanced progress in Argeș county.
Expected results:
1. Participation in an international fair to try to enter the external market;
2. Specific activities for certification/re-certification/approval of product/service/process: in this regard, the company will obtain both product and process certification;
3. Increasing the production capacity of ANEPAL AMBALAJ S.R.L. by constructing a production hall and storage space and equipping them by purchasing state-of-the-art electrical machinery and equipment, acquiring software, as well as a photovoltaic system for energy efficiency and a heat pump to reduce energy consumption from conventional sources and greenhouse gas emissions, with a value of at least 5% of the total eligible value of the project;
